Service Description
All Levels Class are structured to suit all levels including beginners through to the more experienced. Class structure generally includes warm-ups, bag work, pad work, partner drills and core work. Engage in a full-body workout that helps improve cardiovascular health and strength, focus and confidence. All Levels Classes across the week: Evening Classes (1 hour): Monday 6:00pm Tuesday 6:00pm, 7:00pm Wednesday 6:00pm, 7:00pm Thursday 6:00pm, 7:00pm Friday (All Levels Class unavailable) Saturday 10:00am Women's Only Classes are All Levels: Wednesday 9:30am Saturday 8:00am
